The place was clean and pleasant, it had welcoming staff apart from manager. The location was marvellous, close to an arts theater. We truly enjoyed being near a tube station.
There were very hard beds.

Really lovely stay, excellent value and luxurious place. Great location very near the Hounslow Central tube station, clean facilities. Based short walk to the Piccadilly tube line, the centre of London, and a restaurant or even a supermarket. Delicious and warm breakfast with toast and orange juice, for instance, reasonably priced. Efficient check in & the service was great.

I had a fairly nice experience here, everything was nice, the location was ideal very close to and around London and the centre of Hounslow, which is a much improved town, with a good range of shops and plenty of food outlets including a very good' street food' complex.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were very rude.
